Delta Wheel Truing Solutions opened its doors in June of 2006, manufacturing gear cases and plows for the locomotives. In 2008, Delta released the WTL8200 CNC Low Profile Portable Wheel lathe to be used in the shop or out in the field. In 2010, Delta entered the large static machine market with the RTS1000 Underfloor and RTS2000 Abovefloor Wheel Lathes.
