For the sake of clarity, please note that this privacy policy does not apply to processing of personal data about employees, consultants, vendors or service providers.

Which data do we collect?
When visiting our website, we might collect information about you, that is categorized as personal data. When filling out our contact forms, we often ask for your name, company name, email address and telephone number along with any other information you send us.

We do not disclose personal data to any third parties or external organisations, other than trusted data processors carrying out work on our behalf. Data processors will act only on our instructions.

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.
Analytics
Our website uses Matomo, an open-source web analytics platform, to better understand how visitors interact with our site. Unlike other analytics services, Matomo is hosted on our own servers, which means that all data collected remains under our control and is not shared with third parties.
Matomo collects information about your interaction with our website, including:
- Your IP address (which is anonymized)
- The pages you visit
- The date and time of your visits
- The time spent on each page
- The type of device and browser you are using
- The country from which you are accessing our site
- The referral source (e.g., the website or link that brought you to our site)
The data collected by Matomo is used to improve our website’s content and user experience. By analyzing the aggregated data, we can identify trends, popular content, and areas that need improvement.
To protect your privacy, your IP address is anonymized before being stored, meaning it cannot be linked back to you individually. Additionally, we do not use cookies to track visitors across websites or build profiles.
If you prefer that your visits are not tracked by Matomo, you can opt-out of tracking by enabling “Do Not Track” in your web browser’s settings. Matomo will respect this preference and exclude your visits from the analytics data.
The data collected through Matomo is stored on our servers and is retained for a period of 24 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
How can you access the information about you, and correction of information?
You can check what personal information we hold about you, update your information, ask us to remove your information or correct any inaccuracies in such personal information by contacting us. This is called a Subject Access Request or ‘SAR’.
To make a request you will need to provide adequate proof of identity such as a copy of your passport, birth certificate or driving license before your request can be processed. Please try to be as clear as possible about the information you are seeking.
Once we have received your Subject Access Request, and proof of identity, you will receive a response from us within 30 days.
