Following another appeal decision in the High Court on the securing of evidence requested by Greenwood Engineering, the High Court has in a ruling dated 27 June 2025 confirmed that the securing of evidence was just and that certain documents shall now be handed over to Greenwood as decided by the Sheriff’s court 12 May 2025.
According to a separate decision by the High Court, made on 13 August 2025, Measureroad’s application for grant of an extraordinary appeal to the Supreme Court should not suspend the handing over of secured evidence. Measureroad was further ordered pay costs to Greenwood.
