Greenwood Engineering A/S has filed a lawsuit against MeasureRoad ApS on 1 December 2023 with the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court.
The lawsuit follows a decision made by the court of Frederiksberg on November 10th 2023, allowing an IT-specialist to prepare a report, based on evidence secured with Measureroad ApS in March 2023. Findings from the report, once finalised, may be included in the lawsuit.
