A court decision in Greenwood Engineering’s favour in the pending legal conflict with Measureroad ApS

Following an appeal decision in the High Court on the securing of evidence requested by Greenwood Engineering, Measureroad’s communication on the appeal forced Greenwood Engineering to request an court order to remove the communication, as it was considered to be misleading. The communication was only removed after filing the request for an court order. The Maritime and Commercial Court found this legal initiative by Greenwood Engineering to be just, and has therefore ordered Measureroad to pay costs to Greenwood Engineering.
