The case on securing of evidence with Measureroad continues

The Eastern High court ruled on 24 January 2025 that the procedure with handing over secured documents from Measureroad to Greenwood Engineering continues.

Despite Measureroad’s appeal of the district court’s decision to hand over certain secured documents, the Eastern High Court did not set aside that decision, but decided to have the district court distinguish between documents evidencing the existence of software infringement and documents evidencing the extent of such infringement. The court sentenced Measureroad to pay the costs involved with the appeal.
